My December is the third studio album by the singer Kelly Clarkson. The album sold more than 1 million copies worldwide.

My December was released on June 22, 2007 under RCA Records. The album became no.1 on the United World Chart and no.2 on the U.K. Chart. The first single "Never Again" hit no.5 on the U.S. Pop chart and ranked no.99 on Rolling Stone's list of the 100 Best Songs of 2007. The second single "Sober" was written by Kelly Clarkson inspired by her friend Calamity McEntire. The song hit no.93 on the U.S. Billboard Pop 100. Other hit singles in the album are "Don't Waste Your Time" which hit no.41 on the Brazil Singles Chart and "One Minute" which hit no.23 on the Australian ARIA Physical chart.
