About

Music City Soul features the guitar playing of legendary Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood on the tracks, Everytime You See Me Smile, Black Butta and Ain't That A Lot Of Love. Wood is a long time fan of Knight who offered his services after she played with him in 2005. This album was mostly co-written by Knight and recorded in Nashville last November prior to her sold out UK tour. Co-writers include Guy Chambers, who co-penned Come As You Are alongside former collaborators Jimmy Hogarth, Martin Brammer and Eg White. Mark Nevers produced the album, producer of last year's highly acclaimed album, Candy Station.
