The album was released on November 6, 2006 by Island Records. The album features the singles entitled, "Don't Stop Me Now/Please, Please" which chartered at number 1 in the UK Singles Chart, "Star Girl" which also landed at number one in the UK Singles Chart. The album sold more than 200,000 copies.
