Mind, Body and Soul is the second album by English soul singer Joss Stone. The album was Joss Stone's most successful album to date.

Released on September 28, 2004 by S-Curve Records in the United States, the soul-genre Mind, Body and Soul is the most successful album of Joss Stone to date where both reach number 1 in the United Kingdom and the United States. The album reached number one in UK making her the youngest artist to hit the spot in the UK Top 75 Albums surpassing record previously set by Avril Lavigne.
In the United States, the album went on to be certified 3x Platinum by RIAA peaking at number 11 in the U.S. Billboard 200. Of the tracks, except "Spoiled" who managed to peaked at number 54 on the Billboard Hot R&B Tracks none of the singles managed to chart on the Billboard.
The surprise hidden track entitled "Daniel" was dedicated by Joss Stone for her half-brother, Daniel Skillin who was convicted of armed robber and has been in prison since 2000 and was only recently released.
