Midnight Boom was released on March 10, 2008 under Domino Records. The album refers to the moment when the moon would rise and everyone else goes to bed. The album did not receive positive reviews due to their lack of promotion. There were only three hit songs in this album "U.R.A. Fever", "Cheap and Cheerful" and "Last Day of Magic".
