Mark Wills is a Country singer who rose to fame via his single, "19 Somethin", which topped the charts for five weeks and was the most played song on Country radio that time it was released.

About

Mark Wills or Daryl Mark Williams in real life, was born on August 8, 1973. In his teenage years, he started performing in metal garage bands. However, upon turning into adult, he shifted into country-pop and new traditional Country singer.

In 1990, Mark joined a talent show at the Buckboard Country Music and won the contest. After winning the contest, from 1990-1995, Mark performed at the clubs five nights a week. He also started submitting his demo tapes in the Atlanta area.

In one of his performances, he was seen by Carron Chamberlain and Keith Stegall who helped him secure a recording under Mercury Nashville. In 1996, Mark's debut album was released and it was produced by Carson and Keith. The album reached number 38 on the Country charts.

In 1998, he released his follow-up album, Wish You Were Here. His third album, Permanently followed. In 2003, he was dropped out from Mercury Nashville Records. In 2004, he signed a recording contract under Equity Records. In 2005, he presented a guitar to U.S. President George Bush at a navy base in California.

In 2006, Mark released his first single, "Take It All Out on Me" and it is currently climbing in the charts. His first album, Familiar Stranger under Equity Records was due to be released in this year.
