About
This San Diego based musician-surfers released their third album in September of 2000 under Re:Think Records (a division of Sparrow Records). The album shows to be more powerful and melodic compared to the previous releases, which strikes the band's growing maturity in their musicality and songwriting.
The album starts with a rock ballad "I Dare You to Move." The first track's title speaks on its own-- the song dares you to move and live life to the fullest. The title track "Learning to Breathe" seems to speak personally from the lyricist yet broader in theme. The album also includes some wit, more poetry, and further spiritual expressions than before.
