Lady Saw is a Jamaican Reggae singer who rose to fame via her album, Strip Tease.

Lady Saw or "Marion Hall" in real life was born on July 12, 1972 at Saint Mary, Jamaica. As a child, she used to sold fruis and race a wooden karts. She used the name, Lady Saw when she was 15 years old. She left her job to pursue her singing career. In 1993, she signed a recording contract under VP Records. Her debut album, Lover Girl was released in August 1994. Her next album, Give Me The Reason was issued in 1996 and 99 Ways in 1998. After the released of her album, she took a break in the music scene. She came back in 2004 and released her hit album, Striptease which became a hit. It is a Certified Platinum. The album features the hit single, "Son of A Bitch" and landed at #19 on Hot Rap Singles and "I've Got Your Man". She won a Grammy Awards for this album. Her latest album, Walk Out was issued in 2007 and debuted at #2 on The Top Reggae Albums Chart. The album spawned the hit singles, "Infertility" and "Chat To Mi Back".
