Killer Mike is a hip-hop rapper from Georgia. He was a former member of the collectivr band Purple Ribbon-All Stars. He also appeared on "Southern Takeover" with Pastor Troy on Chamillionaire's CD.

About

Killer Mike (Michael Render) was born on April 20 in Atlanta, Georgia. His debut album, Monster was released in 2003. The single “Akshon (Yeah!)” featuring OutKast and “A.D.I.D.A.S” were a smash hit. In 2004, Mike made an exclusive remix of “Akshon (Yeah!)” for the video game Madden NFL.

Killer Mike worked with other artist such as Chamillionare’s “Southerm Takeover” and Ol’ Dirty Bastards’s “Down South”. In 2007, he released his follow-up album, Ghetto Extraordinary but the date of release was postponed a number of times. Killer Mike also joined a hip-hop crew called Purple Ribbon All-Stars. The rapper is also a voice actor on the cartoon Frisky Dingo.
