Joe Nichols or "Joe Edward Nichols" in real life was born on November 26, 1976 in Rogers, Arkansas. At an early age, Joe already knows how to play bass guitar. He signed a recording contract under Intersound Records in 1995. Joe met "Bret Rowan" in 1999 who produced his debut album, Man With A Memory. It features the singles, "The Impossible" which reached at #3 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles and "Brokenheartsville" which chartered at #1 on the Billboard's Hot Country Songs Chart. He released his next album, Revelation in 2004 and features the hit singles, "If Nobody Believed in You" and "What's a Guy Gotta Do". At the end of the year, he also released his first Christmas Album, A Traditional Christmas. His next album, III was released in 2005, which spawned the number one hit single, "Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off." The album was a certified gold.
