Jocelyn Enriquez is a dance singer who rose to fame when she recorded her first hit single, "Do You Miss Me".

Jocelyn Enriquez was born on December 28, 1974 in San Francisco, California. Her parents were both hail from the Province of Pangasinan, Philippines.

Jocelyn became a member of an all girl group while studying in high school called "Funky Divas". Jocelyn released her debut album, Lovely in 1994 under Classified Records. She moved to Tommy Boy Records in 1996 and released her hit single, "Do You Miss Me" and her second album, Jocelyn. Her single, "Do You Miss Me" reached number 17 at Single Chart.

She released her third album, All My Life under her own recording label, JEM Entertainment in 2003. Two hit singles were released from this album. The album lead single, "No Way No How" went into number one on the Hot Dance Music Chart.
