Jeffrey Watkins is an American singer, rapper, and record producer. He is also better known as Madvac.

Jeffrey Nathaniel Watkins was born on June 1, 1987 in Reidsville, North Carolina. He is the CEO of Anhk Entertainment. In 2000, Jeffrey met T.I. in Augusta, Ga at Club Tinted Windows. Jeffrey promoted the now classic T.I. album "I'm Serious". Although the album didn't do well on the charts. The album made T.I. a major artist in Georgia. He begin promoting shows for him. He is responsible for launching T.I.'s career throughout 2000-2005. He has swept the music scene with his great business skills and great eye for talent. He has a team of talent scouts who search the internet and news for new and up-and-coming talent.
Anhk Entertainment is a record label and concert promotions company
At a young age, Watkins begin producing beats. He is a ghost producer for many artists. Artist such as Them Concrete Boyz, Lil Flip, J Smooth ect. Jeffrey has many connections in the music industry and entertainment as well. He is good friends with pro basketball player Tim Duncan. He looks forward to working with Soulja Boy, Trey Songz, Lil Boosie and many more. Anhk Entertainment has completed projects with over 13 major labels and 29 indie labels.
