Jann Arden was released on April 19, 2005 under Universal International. The album reached no.3 on the Canadian Chart in the first week of its release. The album has only one hit song "I Would Die For You" featuring Sarah McLachlan. Another track in the album "Beautiful Pain" featuring the Moffatt brothers as her back up. The album is the highest selling album of Jann Arden in her 12 year career.
