Jaheim is a talented R&B singer from New Jersey. He released Ghetto Love (album), Still Ghetto and Ghetto Classics which are all successful.

[edit] Early Life
Jaheim Hoagland was born on May 26, 1978 in New Brunswick, New Jersey. At the age of two years old, Jaheim experienced a great loss when his father died. In 1996, his mother soon followed. He turned to music of Marvin Gaye and Sam Cooke to forget his personal troubles. During his teen years, Jaheim won local talent contests. His demo tapes soon landed in the hands of Kay Gee, Naughty By Nature member, and signed in with Warner Brothers.

In 2001, Jaheim issued his debut album, Ghetto Love. It included the hit singles “Just in Case”, “Could It Be” and “Anything”. The album was a mix of old school style and hip-hop. Jaheim’s follow up album, Still Ghetto, was released in 2002. It topped at #2 on the U.S. Chart and sold over two million copies achieving a double platinum status. After four years, Jaheim finally released his third album, Ghetto Classics.
