The album was released on January 23, 2001 by Bad Boy Records. The album spent 20 weeks on the U.S. Billboard 200 Album Chart. It chartered #6 on The Billboard 200 Album Chart and features the singles, "He Loves U Not" which landed at #2 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 and "This is Me". The album sold 1.5 million copies.
