II was released on August 30, 1994 under Motown Records, topping The Billboard 200 in just two weeks from its date of release.

About
II is probably the most successful album Boyz II Men ever had since they started. This album includes the #1 singles "I'll Make Love To You" and "On Bended Knee." These two singles' run at the top of the charts made the group the third artist ever in the music industry to have replaced themselves at the #1 spot, the first two being Elvis Presley and The Beatles.
II sold a total of 12 million copies in the United States alone, and was so successful that it prompted the group to release II: Yo Te Voy a Amar, a Spanish version of the album.
