Hurricane Chris (a.k.a. Hurricane) was born Chris Dooley, Jr. on 1989 in Shreveport, Louisiana. He is best known from his single, A Bay Bay off his 2007 debut album, 51/50 Ratchet.

About
Hurricane Chris began to rap since he was eight years old. He broke into the music scene in the summer of 2007 with his catchy single, A Bay Bay. The song's title was inspired from a local legend DJ named Hollyhood Bay Bay who always welcomed at a club with the audience chanting " Hey Bay Bay ". From a simple chant, Hurricane Chris has transformed it to a saying, " A Bay Bay " which later turned out to be Shreveport version of " fa sho ". Later on, the saying turned out to be a Lava House single and caught Mr. Collipark's attention. Eventually, the 18-year old rapper signed a record deal with J. Records in 2007.
