Hope Partlow is an American Pop singer who rose to fame when she released her single Whatever Comes Our Way which was made as the theme song of the comedy show Living With Fran.

Hope Partlow was born on May 31, 1988 at Drummmonds, Tennessee. She grew up singing gospel and country songs in her native town. When she was a teenager, her family produced her a recording album which was heard by Matt Serletic, Virgin Records CEO. Matt was impressed with her voice and at the age of 14, she signed a recording contract with Virgin Records.

She released her first album Who We Are in September 6, 2005. Her single Whatever Comes Our Way was the theme song of the comedy show Living with Fran.
