Hilary Duff is third self-titled album by Hilary Duff. It was released on her 17th birthday. The album was definitely a break from the highly-charged sexuality of Britney Spears. Hilary also presents a new personaluty on this album, shedding some of the bubblegum image but still maintaining that innocence.
