About
Hasten Down The Wind was released on 1976 under Elektra Records. Linda had collaborations with other artist in the album like Warren Zevon and Karla Bonoff. Bonoff wrote the lyrics of the songs "Someone to Lay Down Beside Me", "Lose Again", and "If He's Ever Near". Linda Ronstadt revised Patsy Cline's "Crazy", Buddy Holly's "That'll Be the Day", and Tracy Nelson's "Down So Low". The album peaked no.3 on the Billboard chart.
