Hangin' Tough is the second album of the 1980's princes of teen pop, New Kids On The Block. It is considered as one of their very successful album of the group by reaching 8x platinum and selling at 16 million copies worldwide.

About
The album was released by Columbia Records on September 6, 1988. Producer, Maurice Starr, persuaded the label to record this sophomore effort of the group, New Kids On The Block after the failure of their self-titled, debut album. Singles released under this album are: You Got It (The Right Stuff), I'll Be Loving You (Forever), Hangin' Tough and Cover Girl, were all chart-toppers. Hangin' Tough also gave the New Kids On The Block the recognition as the first teen act to garner five top ten hits from just a single album.
