In the 90’s, Goldfrapp started singing her own compositions. A friend gave her demos to Will Gregory and signed her in with Mute Records in 1999. In 2000, she released her debut album, Felt Mountain. Reviews

Goldfrapp has an unbelievable ear-piercing voice. Her tracks are composed of upbeat vibes. She does great combination of the futuristic and retro genre. -Mimi 08:59 27 August 2007 (PST)
