Foolproof are a band from Orange County, California. They claim to be Rock, Power-Pop and Emo on their MySpace page. They have been signed by several independant record labels but are currently on major label Retone Records/Universal.

The band is made up of Jake Dixon, Joel Stentz, Mark Savarino, Matt Saverino and Ben Shaw. Foolproof formed over 5 years ago and are finally in the studio to record a 14 track album. Foolproof claim that 'Railroads' and 'I'll Be The One' will be on the album.

Foolproof have recorded a lot of songs. Some of which demos, while some are complete versions which are expected to be on the upcoming album. 'Paper House' is a song which they have also made a video for and is probably one of the most popular song as it has been on record label samplers in the past.

Foolproof have recently recorded their Christmas song 'Til Next Year'. They have uploaded many new songs to their MySpace page such as 'Burning Me Over', 'I'll Be The One' and the track renamed 'Hold Your Breath'
