Escape is the fifth album released by Enrique Iglesias. The album became an instant hit in U.K. Enrique was the one who wrote and produced all the songs in the album.

Escape was released on October 30, 2001 uneder Interscope Records. The album reached #2 in the U.S. Billboard Chart. The singles in the album "Escape" and "Don't Turn Off the Lights" became #1 in the different countries. Enrique Iglesias promote his album by having "One Night Stand World Tour" which consist of 50 sold out shows in 16 countries. The album became Platinum in U.K., Ireland, Canada, Australia, India, Germany and in other countries. Escape was considered the best selling album in U.K.
