Enrique Iglesias born as Enrique Miguel Iglesias Preysler is a Miami based singing icon and multi million album seller. He was exposed to three different cultures and musical influences Hispanic, European, and American.

The best selling Latin artist, Enrique Iglesias was born on May 8, 1975 in Madrid, Spain. His father is Julio Iglesias, a well-known artist. When Enrique reached the age of five years old, he and his father moved to Miami. He started in 1995 in Spanish when he came out as Enrique Martinez from Central America. Enrique wanted to make a name for himself. He went from town to town giving out his demos. He has his first album recorded in Toronto, which was named Tape. It sold more than a million units in three months, which was great achievement for a Spanish album. His track "Bailamos" in 1999 became a hit in Los Angeles and New York, and was featured on the sountrack for Wild Wild West. The song went to #1 on Billboard and Enrique was a superstar. Enrique, his first english album went double platinum in the US and quadruple Platinum worldwide.
