Eagle-Eye Cherry is a successful Swedish Musician. He was featured on Santana's Supernatural album and became famous for his hit single "Save Tonight".

About
Eagle-Eye Cherry (Eagle-Eye Lanoo Cherry) was born on May 7, 1969 in Stockholm, Sweden. Son of Don Cherry, an avante-garde jazz trumpeter. During his childhood, Cherry was always on the road with his father. At 14 years old, they moved to New York City. He attended New York School of Performing Arts. He also played the drums and keyboard. After school, appeared on commercials, tv pilot and plays to pay the rent.
When Cherry’s father died in 1995, he went back to Stockholm to concentrate writing songs. Eagle-Eye picked up his guitar and infused light funk and blues in his compositions. In 1997, he released his debut album, Desireless, under Diesel Records. The single “Falling in Love Again” and “Save Tonight” became a huge hit. Sony released Desireless in the U.S. in 1998. The track “Save Tonight” topped the charts. The album went platinum. During the extensive tour, his relationship with his girlfriend ended. The break-up resulted to the formation of his follow-up album, Living in the Present Future, which was released in 2001 followed by Sub Rose in 2003.
