Dreaming Out Loud was released on November 20, 2007 under Interscope records. The album ranked no.14 on the U.S. Billboard chart. The album has only been released in the United States and New Zealand. The first single in the album "Say (All I Need)" hit no.68 on the U.S. Billboard Pop 100 chart. The second single "Stop & Stare" reached no.43 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100. The third single "Apologize" became the biggest hit single in the album. The song was no.4 on VH1e Top 10 Biggest Hits of 2007.
