Drankin' Patnaz was released on November 12, 2002 under Arista records. The album hit no.5 on the Rap chart. It was also Certified Platinum and was nominated for some Grammy Awards. The first single in the album is "Cadillac Pimpin" which reached no.93 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Singles chart. The second single "Damn!" featuring Lil Jon hit no.1 on the Hot Rap Singles and no.4 on the Billboard Hot 100. The third single "Lean Low" featuring Backbone hit no.94 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Singles chart.
