CeCe Peniston is a female American Dance music singer who rose to fame via her hit single, "Finally".

CeCe Peniston was born on September 6, 1969 in Dayton, Ohio. At the age of 9, she moved in Phoenix, Arizona. She studied in Trevor Browne High School.
CeCe signed a recording contract under A&M Records in 1990. Her debut album, Finally was released in 1992. It sold over 3 million copies worldwide. Her single, "Finally" went number one on Billboard Charts. Her second single, "We Got A Love" was also number one on Billboard charts. Her second album, Thought Ya' Knew was released in 1994. Her third album, I'm Movin On was released in 1996.
