Cash On Delivery is the debut album of American rapper Ray Cash. The album showed some qualities that made him remarkable and reflects hardcore image of his music.

Cash On Delivery was released on June 27, 2006 under Sony Urban Music and Columbia Entertainment. The album features three singles "Sex Appeal (Pimp in My Own Mind)", "Smokin' & Leanin' / Choppin' & Cappin" and "Bumpin' My Music" which was the lone single charted at #56 in the Billboard Hot R&B tracks.
The album also includes performances from Scarface, Tucan, Beanie Sigel, Bun B, Pastor Troy and Yummy.
