About
Carolina Rain was formed in 2003 by, "Jeremy Baxter" on vocals and mandolin, "Rhean Boyer" on vocals and guitar and "Marvin Evatt" on baritone vocals, guitar and banjo. Jeremy and Marvin met at Belmont University. They are all campus security guard. Jeremy and Rhean are friends from way way back. He invited Rhean to jammed with them and thats the start of forming a new band. They signed their recording contract under Equity Music Group in 2004. Their debut album, Weather the Storm was released in September 2006. The album features the single, "Louisiana Love" which chartered at #41 on the US Country Singles Chart.
