[edit] About
Bush was originally formed by their vocalist and guitarist, Gavin Rossdale in 1992 at England. They were once called Bush X.
The band debut album Sixteen Stone was produced by Clive Langer and Alan Winstanley. The album was released in 1994 under Interscope Records. It was an instant major hit in the U.S. with its single, Little Things which reached number four on the charts. Its two singles Come Down and Glycerine reached number one on the modern rock charts.
Their second album, Razorblade Suitcase reached number one on U.S. charts. However, it only produced one single hit, Swallowed which became double platinum.
Follow up album became a major hit. However, their fifth album Golden State released in 2001 was not a hit. After their frustration, the band decided to split up. In 2005, their compilation album, The Best of: 1994-1999 was released. It is the bands greatest hit compilation.
