About
Hard rock band Buckcherry began in 1995 by Joshua Todd (vocalist) and Keith Nelson (guitarist). Both met through their tattoo artist. They later on added Jonathan “J.B.” Brightman (bassist) and Devon Glenn (drummer). The band performed in clubs at LA. The band recruited Yogi to be their second guitarist. Buckcherry signed in with DreamWorks Records. In 1999, Buckcherry released their self-titled debut album. The single “For the Movie” and “Check Your Head” became a hit. In 2001, the band released their follow-up album, Time Bomb. It was not much of a success compared to their debut album. Joshua Todd surprisingly left the band that forced Buckcherry to have a break. In 2005, the band reunited with a new members Steven Dacanay and Xavier Muriel. In 2006, they released their third album, 15.
