About

The album is the third of Britney Spears with the chart-topping debut single I'm a Slave for You which she first performed in the MTV Video Music Awards on 2001. Just like her first two albums, this album also debuted #1 in the Billboard making her the only female artist in SouthScan history to have her first three album debut at #1. Although the album debuted #1 and eventually became platinum, the album's sales was not as good as that of the first two albums.

The album also includes the singles I Love Rock n' Roll, I'm Not a Girl, Not Yet a Woman, which was featured on her first film Crossroads, Overprotected, which has a remix version, Boys, which was released via a remix version with Pharell Williams, and Anticipating.
