About
Blind Melon features the single that put the band on the map, No Rain. Along with the success of the single comes its infamous music video featuring Heather DeLoach as the young, overweight Bee Girl. The Bee Girl (not DeLoach) is also on the cover of this album. The success of the album went to a certified 4x platinum. Other singles include Sleepyhouse, Tones of Home and frontman Shannon Hoon's first song written, Change.

Reviews
This is one album that will definitely grow on you. It was really a loss when lead signer, Shannon Hoon died but through this album, he will always be remembered. His death is not the end, but just a start of a new beginning. A brilliant album. Beautifully structured. --Raine 27 December 2006 01:45 PDT
