Billy Ray Cyrus is an American Country Singer who rose to fame via his single, "Achy Breaky Heart".

Billy Ray Cyrus was born on August 25, 1961 in Flatwoods, Kentucky. When he was teenager, he moved in Los Angeles. In 1990, Billy signed a recording contract under Mercury Records.
His debut album, Some Gave All was released in 1990 with a hit single, "Achy Breaky Heart. His next album, It Won't Be The Last was released in 1993. He has released four more albums in span of six years.
