Billy Crawford is the self-titled debut album of Filipino-American singer Billy Crawford who had major successes only in France and some parts in continental Europe.

Billy Crawford was released on June 15, 1999 by V2 International in London. The album features a fourteen track collection of songs written and performed by Billy Crawford with his back-up vocals, Nona Hendryx. The album released two singles in the making; "Urgently in Love" and "When You're in Love with Someone" where both had minor successes in France, Europe, and in his hometown Philippines. The album was never felt in the United Kingdom and United States.
