Great Artist, Great Album

I'm an oldies person when it comes to music. I love collecting old CDs as well as listening to it. And here is one of my collectibles, "Better Days and Happy Endings", the 4th album of Melissa Manchester. All cuts in this album is good but what I like most are the songs Just You & I as well as You've Got A Friend where Melissa and Bob Dylan sang together in the comfort of the latter's home. Next to my favorites are the big hit Midnite Blue & the remake of Fontabella Bass's Rescue Me. Other highlights in this album are Good News, Better Days, Happy Endings, Stand-Up Woman & the Chaka Khan sound-a-like You Can Make It All Come True. I can say her collaboration with Carol Bayer Sager is incredible. If you're passionate of hearing old music, better grab a copy of this one for you won't regret it. It's a classic Melissa at her very best.Ajidica 01:58, 14 February 2007 (PST)
