Be Here was released on September 21, 2004 under Capitol Records. He also won a Grammy for best male country vocal. In 2004, the tracks "Days Go By", "You're My Better Half" and "Making Memories of Us" from his third album Be Here were also a huge hit. He also won CMA Award for male vocalist on the same year. In 2005 he was honored the CMA Award for male vocalist. Be Here reached the U.S. Pop Chart Billboard 200 at #3 and the ARIA Chart at # 11.
