The single "Bad Day" was released on June 27, 2005 in Australia and on July 25 in U.K. and features two b-sides a non-album track, "Stupid Like This", and "Lost On the Stoop". The single peaked no.1 on the Billboard Hot 100. The single has sold 1.6 million in the U.S. Billboard named the song "Bad Day" as the no.1 Hot 100 song of year 2006.

Music Video

In the music video it is about a boy and a girl telling about their 3 day daily activities. Both individuals put a drawing on the same wall making it a whole heart. The video is shot in a splitscreen. The Metro Subway in L.A was seen in the video.
