Ayla Brown is one of the few top rating show American Idol finalists , who did not win the contest but managed to have her own career in music industry via her short stint in the popular show. She released her debut album, Forward in 2006.

Ayla Brown was born on July 28, 1988 at Wrentham, Massachusetts. He was a member of female basketball player in high school.
Ayla auditioned for American Idol 5th season where she was selected as top 24 finalist. She landed at number 13. After she was eliminated, she signed a recording contract and released her debut album, Forward.Currently, Ayla is continuing her commitment as a basketball star player of Boston College.
