About
Avian was formed in 2002 by "Yan Leviathan". Other members includes, "Lance King" and "David Ellefson". Yan was a former member of several bands before he decided to formed his own band. David Ellefson was referred to Yan by his friend, "Don Salter", owner of a studio named, "The Saltmine". David knows, "Lance King", former member of the band called "Balance of Power". He referred Lance to Yan and immediately Yan called up Lance and told him that he's forming a new band. They signed a recording contract under Massacre Records. Their debut album, From The Depths of Time was released in May 31, 2005. The group are currently doing their second album which will be due this year.
