About
Singer/ songwriter Avant (Myron Avant) was born on April 26, 1978. He majored in theater in Cleveland School of the Arts and graduated in 1995. In 2000, he released his debut album, My Thoughts. The single, “Separated”, entered the R&B Billboard Chart. The music video was extensively played on television. The single was pre-released in 1998 and was played in Chicago’s airwaves. In 2002, Ecstasy was issued. It was followed by Private Room (2003) and Director in 2006.
