Augie March is an Australian Rock Band who rose to fame via their debut album, Sunset Studies.

About
Augie March was formed in 1996 at Melbourne, Australia by, "Glenn Richards" on lead vocal, "David Williams" on drums, "Adam Donovan" on guitar and "Edmondo Ammendola" on bass. Three members of the band grew up together in Shepparton, Victoria, Australia. The group signed a recording contract under Ra Records in 1998. They released two LP's such us, "Thanks For The Memes" and "Waltz" under the said company. After that, they signed a recording contract under BMG Records.
The band added "Rob Dawson" to complete the line-up. Their debut album, Sunset Studies was released in 2000. They won the 2001 Engineer of The Year at the ARIA Award for the said album. It features the hit singles, "Asleep in Perfection" and "There is No Such Place". In 2001, Rob left the band and replaced by "Kiernan Box".
They released their second album, Strange Bird in 2002. Their latest album, Moo, You Bloody Choir was released in 2006. The album debuted #10 on the ARIA Charts. It issued the hit single, "One Crowded Hour". As of now, the band is on tour.
