[edit] About
Originally, the group was formed in 1997 by Andy McCluskey of the 80's band Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark. Among the group's early member were Heidi Range, Liz McClarnon, Kerry Katona and Natasha Hamilton. However Range was only featured in demo recordings that led her to move to another girl group Sugababes.
On 1999, Liz, Natasha, and Kerry signed a deal with the record industries hottest pop factory, Innocent Records and the group was born to the world. They released their first single "Right Now" debuted in December of 1999 reaching the top ten in the British Charts. After this release, their record label was considering in dropping them due to limited success. They persuaded the record label to release one more single for "Whole Again", their second.
The second single changed their career as they scored their first number one in the UK Charts. The video featured Kerry Katona, however she left the group few days before the number-one position due to her reported pregnancy. Then Jenny Frost replaced her where the single was remade where she was added in the line-up.
In the present, the trio is composed of Liz, Jenny and Natasha.
