Ashley Tisdale became popular when she was cast in the phenomenom hit Disney Film for TV High School Musical. It was hit not only in the U.S. but also international. Her debut album Headstrong is already out in the record store.

Ashley Tisdale was born on July 2, 1985 in West Deal, New Jersey to Lisa Morris and Mike Tisdale. She has an older sister name Jennifer Tisdale who is also an actress. When Ashley was three years old, she was discovered by Bill Perlman at her hometown mall.
After she was discover, Ashley began appearing in more than 100 national commercials. When she was eight years old, she ended up playing the lead role on the Broadway Musical Les Miserables. She also appeared in the musical Annie which she toured internationally. At the age of twelve years old, she sang for Bill Clinton at the White House.
In the late 90's, Ashley had appeared in many television shows liked Smart Guy, Boston Public, Charmed, and Beverly Hills 90210.
Ashley is currently in the cast of Disney's Original TV Series The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. Her biggest break was when she was included in Disney's television film High School Musical, which became a major success not only in the U.S. but also worldwide.
She signed a recording contract with Staples, Inc. Ashley's debut album Headstrong which will be distributed by Warner Bros. Records. The album is due to be release on February 6, 2007. She is also currently filming for Disney the part 2 of High School Musical 2: Sing It All or Nothing! which will be shown in summer of 2007.
