The album was released on July 25, 2006 by Fueled by Ramen Records. The album contains 14 tracks of songs. It features the singles, "The Queen and I which chartered at number 42 at the U.S. Pop Charts, "Cupid Chokehold" landed at number 1 at the U.S. Pop Charts and "Clothes Off" which chartered at number 35 at the U.S. Pop Chart.
The album has sold more than 400,000 copies in the United States.
