About

After a bout with multiple infirmities in his vocal cords in 2004, Chris Cagle is back with his third album Anywhere But Here. The album carries 11 tracks including the remakes of the Bon Jovi original Wanted Dead or Alive and Lynyrd Skynyrd’s Hey Ya'll. It also features the hit singles Miss Me Baby, Anywhere But Here, and Wal-Mart Parking Lot which took Chris Cagle to the US Country Top 40 for the eighth time.

  • Anywhere But Here’s CD has its own copy protection in order to copy the music onto a hard drive or make a CD copy. However, a lot of complaints have been surfacing regarding this because it allegedly does not work effectively and sometimes crashes the computers.

This album once again shows the wonderful fusion of rock and country that only Chris Cagle can do. His leave of absence for a few months due to his sickness certainly proved to be a good thing. He sounds better than ever. --Raine 16:19, 29 January 2007 (PST)
