[edit] About
Written by American Rapper-Songwriter LaPret, "Another Day" is his fourth solo single and first since officially leaving the group, Profound Intent, although it was recorded prior. Though it’s not the rappers' biggest release (since Got the Skillz), it is the most notable. It was produced by Frontline Productionz under South Capitol. The single updates 1976's Enchantment hit "Gloria", it features real-life niece Mizz Redz. Metaphorically, the duo pokes fun at the rumors that LaPret favored his niece during their Profound Intent stunt, by collaborating together on what was expected to be his biggest or most popular record. However, the song is about a relationship in turmoil over one's love for career compared to their significant other.
