Bio
I was born and raised in Pittsfield, MA. I took a liking to music from an early age while messing around on our piano with my dad. In 4th grade I took up alto sax and played in school bands throughout middle school. I bought an electric guitar when I was 12 and an electric bass shortly after. Through middle and high school I played guitar in a few rock/jam bands, including the Korean Connection, and began playing bass in various jazz groups. Currently I am a Jazz Studies major at Westfield State College, playing both double bass and electric bass. Some of my influences include Charlie Mingus, Jaco Pastorius, and Dave Holland.
